Model Tip
When you are posing for a photo, your movements should feel fluid, like a dance. And not the robot! Practice flowing from one pose to the next in a series of movements. The more natural you feel, the better the pictures will turn out.
Actor Tip
When the camera frames on an actor, every little movement is noticeable. Start to pay attention to how you stand and act in everyday life. Make it a point not to fidget or sway back and forth or play with your hair. If you can be still off screen, it will be easier to stay still on screen!
Personal Development Tip
Love the skin you are in! Your unique skin type will need a unique routine to create that glowy look, but a few things anyone can do to get started include getting enough sleep, drinking lots of water, eating plenty of fruits & veggies and washing your face in the morning and at night.
